Big Bad Voodoo - Buff is buggy?!

Hi, can anymone explain me, why the spell Big Bad Voodoo does not work like it should?

When my Hero uses the ability, all units around him get the buff, but the invulnerable effect disappears and appears every second until the spell has ended.

I have resetted the modifications on the spell to default and the bug is still there.

There's no trigger in your map that could make that bug appear?

no, i didn't create a trigger which focus was on big bad voodoo

Welp, it doesn't have to interact with Big bad voodoo, just with Invulnerability
