Berserk like upgrade always fail to me

I want to create berserk like upgrade for my unit, point is to unit be replaced with other wich build time is much shorter. I have made upgrade made then to weaker unit addede spell berserks upgrade to be replaced added everything, but problemm is that on start of the map when I create house from what I build the both can be seen at start, better and weaker unit what do I do wrong?

u should hide the unit u dont want to be shown.

you need to make the unit you dont want from the start not available with a trigger.
