Really nice! Maybe add an animation where the bell rings, and it plays a bell ringing sound (town hall call to arms?). I think that would further add to its usefulness.

What InfernalTater suggested is, I think, nearly a necessity... But aside from that, stellar model! I love these simplistic pieces that really add to the ambience. Any good town has a belltower.

In fact, I wonder what a Trollish one would look like... ; )
