I had an 8 inch goatee until last month...I trimmed it down to one inch. I was getting sick of it poking me in the eyes while I was sleeping.

Gee, mine hardly gets to one inch before it's all straggly and useless. I keep it in a close-cropped rectangle for maximum 80s synth-pop-star.
