You need to have a proper description; tell us about gameplay, heroes, items, game modes, screenshots, etc. Here's a list of BB Codes to help you. This map doesn't seem completed nor have the quality to be approved; you should work on this more or post the map at the Map Development Forums and work from there.
When you give credit to other people resources you've used, you have to indicate their name and not just write that you've forgotten their names; please find them and give credit otherwise it's just like resource stealing.
