Some disconnections in innner and outer circles. Same for the Dark Elf wheels. Also, I think you can get away without different size of missiles because there's an 'Art - Scale projectiles' tick on by default in the Object Editor.

Pretty sure missile size is identical

The difference between big and small are special fx
 
It's really weird because in hive viewer it displays fine, but when i unzip it and open the model in magos, or the texture on blplab, the texture file appears without alpha channelsView attachment 583770
I had the same issue in magos, but it worked just fine everywhere else (including in-game). I thought there was something wrong with my magos. No idea what could be causing this.
