Balancing

hey guys i need help with balancing, my map is a Hero Arena and Anime type. and i dont know how to balance heroes, spells and items link to my map:http://wc3r.forumcircle.com/viewtopic.php?t=14488 i will give +Rep and Credits.

You can ask for people, who help with the balance, but let me say something, you never get a balance between Heroes, Items, Abilities and so on, because everyone vary heroes, abilities, items and so on different, so it will take weeks/month, to get a good balance.
