Background

Hello!

I'm working right now with Xarwin a new website layout. We can't find or create a new background image so we're here to gather some ideas and pictures.

We currently have these backgrounds:

We are not yet quite satisfied with these. You might have another awesome picture or you could create something? Or perhaps an idea what kind of background fits? I like dark backgrounds.

Hmm, you should state more informations, such as what the site is about, and things like that.

Yes The Dark Background is nice but you might as well put up a black-plain-curtain up, because its hard to actully see the patern. I preffer the first one myself, the colour is more vibrent than black, and better than red ect. and the pattern is wonderful in that colour

I like the new layouts, although neither background really appeals to me... the second is too bland and the first looks like the pattern on a 70's sofa or something.
And that font looks a bit too Harry Potter.
I do really like the overall feel of the borders and stuff though. I would suggest for the background you have something like a dark engraving or something like a tapestry.

I do not have examples but it would be nice to find and test some new good background design.Wish you good luck for this!.
