avatar upload - Unable to save image

Hi,
I can't change my avatar or my profile pic, I am trying to but it gives me a vBulletin message: Unable to save image.
I tryied uploading and linking to gif and png image

I deleted it as you can see, I am just waiting for someone (mod or admin) to tell me how
to fix this

This had happend before, and Ralle had fixed it, But now im not really sure of what happend.
