Automatic subscription when uploading

Is there a way to enable automatic subscription to a resource you upload?
I have missed it and can't find it if there is.

If there isn't an option for this. Is it a possible implementation?

You can set it on thread you created. I am not sure it affects resources although a thread is created when you upload one.

I have my subscription option set to "no email notification".
When I post a new thread in, let's say, WEHZ I do receive a notification afterwards.
But with uploads I have to either post a post in the resource's thread or use the thread tool in order to receive notifications.

It's a minor "issue". But it would be nice if it was possible to automatically receive notifications for uploaded resources.

Normally I just make a comment after I submit a resource and type "Reserved".

This would be a nice feature to have added though.

I agree it would be smart. I will have to look into that.

But we can always post 'Reserved' 'Subscribe' for bling. Or actually reserving the post, which is good if ever you update resources and wanna show the old one.

Would it be possible to receive notifications when a resource's thread you have subscribed to is updated?

Oh and can we subscribe to group threads and pics in a separate CP? So I don't have to check groups everyday.

Yes, YES! It has always seemed weird to me that you are not automatically subscribed to your own resource threads. After all, those are the treads you want the very most to read! It's a nuisance.
