Auto Cast Trigger skill

Is it possible to make a Auto-Cast skill a custom trigger skill?
And if so how do you do it?

I'm using a auto-cast skill as a base skill
Just trying to figure out how to make the skill do damage while giving the caster mana = to damage done

It is very possible to do so. Just have it prompt a function every time the ability is cast.

Make a spell made from any auto-cast spells (heal, course, slow...)
And simply trigger it, if you know how to =)
