Attribute Bonus Ability. Please Help me.

So I made a custom ability out of the default ability 'Item Ability Agility Gain +10' and edited it. The changes are the following:
Levels: 5
Hide Button (for all levels): False
Agility Gain; Level 1 - 200 Level 2 - 450 Level 3 - 600 Level 4 - 850 Level 5 - 1000
Hero Ability: True
Item Ability: False
Then, I put it in my heroes abilities and test map.

When I learned this ability on Level 1, it does add the 200 agility, but doesn't show button in actions menu, but shows in learn ability menu. And then, when you try to learn it on Level 2, agility doesn't add up and button still does not show.

I'm getting kinda frustrated in this. Please help me out, someone.

Better use "Attribute Bonus" ability as your base ability.
Because practically, that ability (Item Ability Gain +10) is Tome-based and I think it's not good with Levels.
