[Trigger] Attackspeed help

If anyone out there could be nice enough to answer and help me with this problem. I need someone to tell me how i can make someones attack speed very slow after hitting the training target such as when they hit the target they gain 2 to the stat trainer there hitting but i want them to have there attackspeed when they attack and when they stop there attackspeed is back

Use Gloves of Haste with a negative bonus.

they wouldn't use the gloves while hitting it so it would pointless im looking for a trigger that can do it

He's telling you how to do it. Make adummy ability with negative movespeed, use

• Unit - Add Ability to Unit

then use

• Unit - Remove Ability from unit

after a set amount of time.
