Attack Speed

Sorry if this has already been answered, I tried searching for attack speed but got a lot of crap so it was hard finding anything useful

Is there a list for the attack speeds? Like what is classified as slow, fast, etc?

i think its

<1.00 = Very Fast
1.00-1.50 = Fast
1.51-2.00 = Average
2.01-2.50 = Slow
>2.50 = Very Slow

but that is just what i think
