Attack 2 animation problem

I set the animation to execute animation of attack 2, but sometimes it wound up execute attack 1 instead. What's is the right way to set it ?

Try to play "rare" animation.

• Animation - Play <unit>'s attack 2 animation, using only Rare animations

Its tricky, you need to test it a few times before you get the right string.

Tricky solution:
Adding to the unit an ability, making the ability use the anim, order the unit to cast the ability, and then remove the ability.
Stupid, this probably is.

Not always, take the Critical Strike spell for example... You can set the cast animation in the object editor and it's much more effective in my opinion.

above any ability there is required animation names... you can change that... but your problem is the "typing" of teh animation name, even if you change the required animation name to attack 2; attack,2; attack2; it will still play random attack animation...
