Attachments not damaging

Im using some attachments, based off the ability of one of the orbs. At the moment everything works fine visually etc, but the weapons do no damage, and make no sound? I have given the ability’s a sound, and also tried several targets allowed etc and nothing works. But I can attack neutral friendly?
Theres also a bit about bonus damage, which I have set to 0, and dice to 0 as I don’t want the items to give bonus damage. Can anyone think how to get the weapons to damage enemy’s, and also how to make hit noises?
Also when i remove the items the unit can do damage.

base the weapon of off sphere
for sound, you can use triggers or the unit attack sound(find it in the combat section for units)

Or why not just give the unit zero damage and then make the orb's bonus equal to the amount you want.
