No way! Seems like this creature use its right arm more often, so that part of chest is more muscular.

But in my opinion model's chest shouldn't be naked or in other case face should be more manly.

on the topic of things "slaanesh"... i think a well done "keeper of secrets" would be sick as hell! "WTF is that thing charging at me?!?! a giant minotaur with extra crab-claws and questionable gender?
