Those are the heroes with the models or concepts, but currently, six of the mentioned have no model. Namely:

You can submit your own heroes. Your description must include:
3 abilities with four levels
1 ultimate with three levels
1 innate passive that is all about the hero
Roles, Attributes (AP or AD)

Yeah, the concept I thought of was a druid into a wildkin, but you can choose your morph.
I've got a problem with Metamorph/Chemical Rage though. Custom abilities take 10s casting time and have weird things.

Deathrose leaps at a specific area dealing 30/40/50/60/70 + 30% AP and ensares all enemies hit for 1sec.
Dark Photosynthesis
Deathrose channels dark energy gaining 5% more ap for 10 seconds and heals herself for 5/10/15/20/25% HP
Metamorphosis
Deathrose enters her Ultimate form gaining a ranged attack that applies a DoT 20/30/40 +30% AP over time for 2 seconds and a 15% chance to snare on attack.
Made of Thorns
Attacks on Deathrose deal 10 +40%AP to the dealer

Off topic: So I started to discover that Nidalee hurts, owned mid against Singed, and when Veigar reconnected, owned 2v1 bot(duo top, no jungler), then got kills by simply chasing enemies who were chasing my allies, two hit spears, okay. Now I believe you. Nidalee hurts.

So the concept you wanted:

Soul Devourer

(Q) Soul Blast Throws a bolt infused with souls to his enemies.Deals 200/300/400/500/600(+65% AP).Costs 5 souls.
(W) Power Surge Soul Devourer gains 50/65/80/95/100% more attack speed.On level 5 gains a +10(+10% AP)bonus attack.Costs 20 Souls
(E)Sanity Attack Soul Devourer disorientates his enemy for 1(lvl1)/2(lvl3)/3(level5)seconds and has a 10% he spawns a weak voidling that deals 10(+40(rank1-3)/+60(rank4 and 5)%AD) damage.Costs 20 souls
(R)Soul Bombardment Channels for 1 second and the throws x souls that deal 50/70/90(+50% AP) damage.The number of souls is the half of the souls spent on the spell.It costs all your souls.
eg. I have 70 souls and use my ult.My ult will deal 3150 damage on rank 3 without the ap part (35* 90)
(P) The Soul Collector Soul Devourer collects souls as his Resource.Maximum is 100 souls.He starts with 100 souls.You gain 2 souls for killing a unit,10 for killing a champion and auto attacks have a 8% chance to give you 1 soul.

He is supposed to be hard and being restricted by long cooldowns.Perhaps lower the damage on Q like 100/150/200/250/300(+65% AP)?
