As simple as a model gets - please someone do this

I need two models for a map, and since I'm no way familiar with 3DMax, GMax or other programs like that, I need an extremey simple model made.

Like in the old game, Pong, I need the panel and ball model. Just two squares. That's it. Preferably I'd want both the panels and ball team colored. The panel nor ball would need any animations either.

+Rep and credits in map if someone takes a moment of their time to make some random guy happy.
