The body needs a little work to make it look like it is scale mail. The shoulder pads could also have benefited from cutting and pasting perhaps the turtle shell skin onto it, helping ameliorate the overall tone of the model.

A quite good skin I would say, if it wasnt so bright and had that emblem. Give it a emblem of a painted dragon instead of a texture cnp.
