When Arthas took the frostmore he became so powerful. In the moment he took the sword we don't notice the whispers of Ner'Zul, no direct transformation on evil mentally, no unusual skin color ,the white hair and a death knight costume. But as story follows we see no scenario of his transformation when the sword ended to his hand. Can anybody explain the behind story about Arthas' corruption ?

@Chaosy Yes that's true.

The prince began to take the path to damnation only after he witnessed the plague in the northern provinces. Eg Ner'zhul a.k.a Lich King chose Arthas to be his champion/ mobile avatar even before the Scourge was formed. Kel'thuzad was his "right hand", it was his long plan to draw Arthas away from the Light and into his grasp.
After the Stratholme culling, the prince began to stride harder against Malganis (in fact lured into Ner'zhul's trap in Northrend). He forgot the paladin code which forbid the killing of the innocent, hence the Light began to abandon him step by step. Until the Northrend expedition, where the Light barely responded to him, thus he chose a darker path to his vengeance against the dreadlord. Frostmore sounded like a beacon of hope for him back then. That's why he began to question Uther and his father after they were recalled back to Lordaeron. After he picked the rune-blade, Ner'zhul whispered to him through it, thus forever gaining his body and spirit. And after that he became a Death Knight of the Lich King.

I'm kinda of late but anyway... if you play the Undead Campaign of Reign of Chaos, you'll se, just in the first cinematic, Arthas "raising" from a grave, so we can assume that he was killed after killing his father.
Here some screenshots to help:

The 'transformation' happened after he killed Mal'Ganis. Arthas wandered off alone, and through the sword, the Lich King broke his mind. Afterwards, he'd slaughtered the fleet he took to Northrend, and made his way back to Lordaeron with his new undead minions. After killing his father, he was summoned by Tichondrius, something I doubt he's very used to.

There wasn't really much of a transformation, Blizzard just decided to accentuate his undead features as a Death Knight, leading to the white hair and blue skin.
