First skin on this website, I think.
Anyways, I mainly changed her armor, but I also added pupils (it looked too weird before) and some hair recolor.
Although this SS doesn't show it, the skin does have team color.

The head is a recolor though the armor looks freehanded. It needs much more shadows and highlights though. The chainmail on his arm looks terrible, unfortunatley... Good attempt, though.

Nice skin! It's not top of the range but i think people are forgetting this is obviously a troop unit, not a hero. And it definitely looks like what you aimed for, an armored archer 4/5.

looks like a recolour.with some not so good armor added still ok though i guess

The shadows are kind of off in some areas.

I like it. It's not great, but it isn't bad either. Very useful!
