No, it won't get rejected. It would if:
1- It were stolen
2- It were of poor quality
3- It did not work

This is a skin and it is supposed to be mainly a recolour with some tweaks and fixes. Personally, I like the idea and execution. It would also work as a dark elf unit. I'd give it a 4/5 for now cause of the weird red bulbs on the bow and a few other things. I'm interested in seeing more dark elven units

Actually reskins aren't allowed to make a skin you need a graphics tablet or program and then you use the brush tool etc until voila you have a skin. Using the recolour tool is only allowed if 10% of the skin only uses it.

Well, it is absolutely of poor quality, looks awfully bland and there's no freehand other than the eyes I believe.
He literally submitted a skin that's almost completely gray, and there is very little freehand.
If recolors were approved, that's 95% of what the skin section would consist of, how about you search the skins section and search for a skin with less than 75% freehand?
That's right, there's no such skin there, recolors just don't get approved, simple as that.

This skin was probaly just "Desurated" it probaly tooks less than 5 minutes to make it.
So its will get "Rejected' without a doubt

Technically Sin-dorei300 is right, since it is mentioned in a very strict manner that everyone should READ THE RULES before posting ANYTHING.. of course, usage of words such as fuckin would imply as flaming, which in this case both members are wrong.

Ok, I have some constructive advice. Add shadows under the eyes. Add texture to the skin, maybe borrowed from deathknight. Add skull prints to the clothes. It just needs more new art. Some color would be nice to, like a greenish blue grey or something besides just plain grey. Its a nice idea, but I think there are a few of these already, idk, maybe not.
