01:46, 28th Jul 2011 Dr Super Good: Models function and are potentially quite useful. Great for use as decorations for a room. However, few maps needs such decorations or even have rooms for that mater. Their native textures make them a good choice...

is starcraft complex enough to make when some one steps on a doodad like this it would like Change appearance?

Actually, you can like like do this with data too - see, then you need to make unit with carpet model, create a behavior that would periodically search area and if it would find at least one unit, it would add a behavior on the carppet, and in actor events the carpet would hve an event, so if it is under the effect of the behavior, it changes appearance... hmmm... that actually sounds even harder than with trrigers...
