You should work on some doodad scaling. Press Page Up/Page Down/Home/End while selecting a doodad, to scale more efficiently. Also you should set the pich and roll angle of units to zero, so they don't stand diagonally. (Unless we're talking about horses etc.) I like the combination of the models you have used, however, I'd replace that grass model with something else. You gain a four from me, but if you want a five, you'll have to work a lot with it. :p

For instance, that villager model looks really small compared to its surroundings. Just ask yourself, how big everything would be in real life, but you can also get inspiration from games. I like taking shrub: bush 4 from UTM, and sink it into the ground to make grass for playable maps,
