Aquatic Plant

I saw this AnimatedAquaticPlantAv056 posted, and I really like it and want to use it in my RPG as an item for Herbalism and Alchemy, but I don't see the "b" version that he talked about.
When I import this and use it as a model for the item, it shows up as just the plant, or if I used the portrait option, it shows up as a plant growing with a water effect.

I just need the plant model, and the water ripple effect around it for my map.
Can someone make a model like this for me please?
