Anyway to edit objects universally?

I've just been messing around on the World Editor lately (TFT) and been liking the changes I've made on some units, abilities, etc for SP. One thing I can't figure out though, if it's even possible, to universally edit a unit/ability/anything so it'll appear in all maps.
Is this actually possible or do you have to go map by map and do it manually over again? Whenever I wanna make minor changes for SP I have to go through doing it to all the maps (or at least the majority) and it's time consuming.

First of all, I have to ask what do you mean by SP? Do you mean Single-player? As in Campaigns?

Secondly, The only way to do what you are suggesting (If I understand what you're saying), is to make a template map of sorts with all of these changes, and then copy and paste this data into other maps, or make maps based on this template map.

By SP yes, I meant singleplayer. Such as campaign and skirmishes.
And thank you for the help and suggestions, the merger helped wonders. Still a bit of an annoyance to open each map individually and import the data, but a lot easier than doing it all manually.

Its only possible in campaigns since it has a global object editor... outside of campaigns, you can do Vizel's suggestion if you're just starting out, if not, then you can edit one map and then export object data and use JNGP's object merger to easily copy it to the other maps...

I had COMPLETELY forgotten about this. Not doing much with the editor for a year and a half really shows how rusty I am, lol. There it is. Right under Extensions. Where I haven't looked since I installed the thing a couple years ago.

but be careful in using the merger since it overrides all existing data in your OE... so if you have something in the OE that has the same rawcode as one from the object data that you will be importing, the current object will be replaced by the object from the external object data to be merged...

example:

map 1 - I have a spell called XD with rawcode of A000

map 2 - I have a spell called XY with rawcode of A000

if I export map 1's data and merge it with map 2, then XY will be replaced by XD... Or maybe its the other way around, but the sure thing is that one of them will override the other...

Yeah. That makes sense. I don't have a need to do such a thing, I just completely forgot it was there in JNGP. :)
