Anyway to aplly cinematic filter to only specific player?

I need to turn some guys screen to green/black etc.....but how does the filter work? There aint any option to select player who you give the filter to....

There is a custom script for that right.... Let me think..
I gues you need this at a certain point:

• Custom script: if ( GetLocalPlayer() == Player(0) ) then
• Custom script: endif
