Anyone going to create a medieval RPG?

As you all know, there are lots of RPG already out there. I was wondering if anyone is going to create a medieval fantasy styled RPG?
As I will focus on providing the community with medieval models during the next months, I wonder if someone is going to take advantage of this?

I'd love to see some alternatives to the future-theme of SC2, as almost every map will have it. :con:

When I made Gaia's Retaliation ORPG on WC3, I realized that it is no problem making terrain completely with custom models, not using any of the game resources - so it shouldn't be hard with the support of good modelers from the community.

I would love to see such a project (and possibly assist in creating it). ... I just don't feel like I have the time to do both the modeling AND the mapping.

Yep, I will, my first priority project. I've been planning this for 3 years.
Hmm ... so what's your experience with mapmaking? Did you script in WC3? Are you able to write in galaxy or did you write in vJASS on WC3? If I see that your project is going to be promising, I might be willing to join the team as a modeler and terrain designer.

In Galexy, there is less of a need to write in the script form, infact blizzard discourages it by not nativly supporting it in the editor with useful tools.

The GUI in SC2 does not suck. It is very difficult to leak anything if you have the slightest bit of understanding. It also allows most of the features the scripting language does including locals and globals.

The main problem with actual scripting in galexy is there is no easy to get pain that you can enter code in which will run. Instead you have to do all kinds of funky functions with custom script which ends up being hard to manage due to hiding inside the ugly GUI. You can import libaries ofcourse, but for grunt scripting I do not think they have axcess to preplaced map objects.
