I tried to add animations to this tree model

but it did not work ingame
(I don't have permission but the maker of that model was last active on 12-29-2006)
model has a global sequence for stand
I tried many different things but all did not work
additionally I found a bug with the war3modeleditor
when removing a reference to a global sequence and deleting the global sequence the reference will be restored for some stupid reason and crash the map cause it is refering to something deleted oO
but it works if saved as mdl and then converted with mdlxconverter
if anyone could do that I would be very happy and give rep of cause
I'd be even happier if this person could tell me why I failed or how it's done right
I made:
-a new node
-shifted all other nodes to be above that node
-copied the animations of the ashenvale tree to that new node
-imported it as a unit model ingame and checked animations by playing a specific unit's <entered chat message> animation which worked fine for the rifle man
the birth animation of the tree worked, too but the others did not :/
