[Request] A Tree model

I need a tree model with a death animation .... Please Just an ordinary Village Fall tree wall that can be used as a unit, and has a death animation
It's for my Goblin Tribes map ... I have all the other resources that way, but yet wehn u put a tree model to a unit, it appears in whit (without a texture) ... So if u can tell me how to put a tree model or make one please
