After some research, the most logical conclusion is this:
This model was used as a basis: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/models-530/trollgate-47687/

The anchor mesh was created using Mdlvis and was then imported as a geoset into the model I linked. The other geosets was then used to decide and center the placement and ensure that the ratio was okay. Then the other geosets was removed and the model was uploaded. The internal name was not change during this process, which is why they all say "TrollGate".
