Ambush during day?

Hello...
my problem: Ambush spell
used by creeps: rogue assasin's etc
can i make it during day only not during night?

(im making scorpions) during day = heat = burrow u get it
burrow = get invisible
so im kinda stuck...

h8 to waste lot of time on trigger making and passive abilityes ...i have to ask here first.

the trigger would be really easy

Event - time of day becomes equal to x
Action - Set Variable - Temp_Group = Units in playable map area matching unit-type of matching unit is scorpion
Pick every unit in Temp_Group and do actions
Loop-Issue order with no target - order picked unit to burrow
Clear Leaks

To the best of my understanding Ambush or Shadowmeld don't for day time. Plus this way they actually burrow instead of fading out xD.

then i need to unborow if unit comes 500 units in burrowed unit... gues i can add that picked unit that burrowed and add to other group and check when unit comes within. just dont know how ... il try to figure on my own ...
