Always looking picture

How can make a "always looking picture/model/texture"?

What i mean? The pictures which always are looking to the camera, like buff effects.

Set the node's billboarded flag.

You can use Magos' Model Editor to change the properties of nodes. "Billboard" means that it always faces the camera. You can also billboard it to a specific viewport - meaning it will always look towards the camera, but only on one angle. All you need to do is right-click the parent node in Magos' and set it to "Billboard" etc.
