Nether Drake look

Hi there, I've looked over the tutorials and I'm not sure if this is a special effect issue or what, but I want to take the Phase Shift look (when the tauren druids become etheral) and add it to the Saphirron model, to give it an etheral like appearance, like this picture here http://www.wowwiki.com/File:Nether_Dragon.jpg.
