Ethereal Form Netherdrake

Hey all, I'm currently having an issue with giving a Nether Dragon model the Ethereal Form:

I want to give it the looks as if its in Ethereal form but i want it to be able to attack/cast spells... and can be attacked by melee but have less damage dealt... is there any way through triggering or just spell mechanics i can get this to work?

you could use anpther spell, maybe the scroll of protection ability, and make it a unit ability, which would give you reduced damage effect, then use a dummy unit which casts banish on the unit via triggers

Banish sets it so my unit cant attack : \

maybe you could change the lich frost armor buff so it looks like the unit is ethernal, just remove the frost effect
