Im trying to use the Alpha Tile but it just shows up black not only in WE but also ingame. What is wrong?

Did you convert it wrong? Maybe the alpha channel is messed up. Try using one that was already converted, like the one in this thread:

Yeah i used exactly that one, hold on then i'll just try it again in case the download went wrong or something...
EDIT - Seems like the edges of anything i lower is colored black, up top is always invisible but i thought everything would be invisible and that the blackness would be the lower bounds of the map?...
