Hey.
I wanna know how I can alpha skin a part out. I tried the tutorials, but something went wrong, I am not able to draw anything white or black.

And I accidentally deleted the player color stuff, how can I re-create that?

(The skin is Druid of the Talon)

If you are using gimp, you have to select the layer and give it an alpha channel, and that should give you the ability to erase and create alpha on the skin.

as for team colour, it is only on specific spots on the model. if you alpha out those spots, then you will get team colour. Otherwise, it will be invisible if you alpha. if you want to add more spots for team colour, then you have to change the model.
