Alpha request

I need someone to alpha this loading bar for me. I'm getting pissed off with it for two weeks. Geez. When I apply the alpha, it has but no effect. I beg you, do it. Denying the request will additionally piss me off and I will eventually explode, incinerating everything that is currently connected to my computer, including this site. Have mercy.

Why don't people get it that jpeg's have no alpha channel AT ALL ? Jpg is too much compressed to contain that info.
