[Spell] AI doesn't cast Healing Spray?

As we all know, after learning a normal ability such as Chemical Rage, AI will cast it. But It doesn't work when the learned ability is Healing Spray. AI does nothing.
How to fix it?

I did a quick test and the computer does use it, but apparently under certain circumstances I assume, probably out of combat or if wounded units stand still, have a look

Maybe you are right. I made a custom map like 3C. The units are attacking all the time. So I haven't seen Healing Spray be cast. Thank you.

I think either a) they don't want to heal enemy units in the area and/or b) the healing would be wasted if units are running out of the area, so they're just waiting a good opportunity to use it
