Healing Spray negative values

I've given the damage amount on Healing Spray a negative value but it doesn't deal any damage to any units, both friend and enemy alike. Does anyone know why?

Some spells their edits are just not working.
Something that Blizzard did wrong of course

in this map it worked. healing spray is in custom abilities

Or maybe you did something wrong, that's possible too
But there are spells which are not working when turning them to negative.

Well I found that I didn't have the max damage set to a negative value so I thought that may be it, but it still doesn't work, I have all the values you have. I'm not understanding this.

you can just only copy it from my map. then it will work

DON'T turn heals into damage with negative values, as you won't get the kill because the game thinks you heal the units. Use cluster rockets.

Not sure if this will help any , but wanted to do the same thing , except i decided to use Far Seer's Chain Lighting instead , i just added several effects.
