[Spell] Healing Spray not working

I made some changes to healing spray, but it doesn't heal. I didn't change any values to 0 or set some insane amounts. But no matter what I change in the numbers, it doesn't heal.

Missile Model: Water Elemental
Damage Amount: 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100
Missile Count: 6
Waves Count: 6
Area Range: 300
Cast Range: 700
Cooldown: 12 Seconds
The Targets Allowed: Allied, Friend, Self
Mana Cost: 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200

Can anyone tell me why?

In the targets allowed, you only allow the caster himself.
Look in "normal" spells and watch how those targeting stuff is made.
