Aggression toward sleeping creeps

I have noticed that the AI, upon order attack-move, will SOMETIMES attack sleeping creeps, and sometimes not. And just can't figure out the reason for this.

Any tips to me on how to avoid having my roaming dragon attack everything? (They need to be hostile to eachother, however).
 
i never heard this problem before, maybe you can make an if statement in your roaming code something like, if targeted unit is enemy equal to false. can you post your roaming code?
