Adding teamcolor to a texture

QueenslandCursor_by_I3lackDeath.blp | HIVE (hiveworkshop.com) Could anyone add teamcolor to the entire cursor instead of just its ping-form?

edit: couldn't get teamcolored particles/ribbons working so maybe its already teamcolored but only works for ping...
