make a material, then create a layer, if you have a Replaceable ID 1, use it as skin, if you don't. go to texture and create empty, then right click and edit, replace the 0 into 1.

Create another layer from the same material and use the skin your model uses and in Filter Mode, make it blend. Then you have a TM color.
Note: Make sure the layer with the Replaceable ID 1 is the first layer or else it will not show TMC
