how do I add team color to the skins of my models???

You need to edit your alpha channel in your skin file, make sure you darken it to the desired amount of team color. If it becomes invisible in Warcraft 3 Viewer, then your model is set to transparent instead of blend. You'll need to edit the .mdl file. If its your model then you can post it and I'll put team color into it.

You need to make a new geoset that uses the Teamcolour option, and instead of putting a normal material and texture its slightly different, but not by much
