adding/removing items from shop problem...

i'm trying to add an item to a shop and remove after a certain number of purchase but i came across some slight problems with this...

• Neutral Building - Add Frost Bolt Spellbook to Skill Shop 0011 <gen> with 5 in stock and a max stock of 5

now it is added to the shop, the problem is after 1 purchase it is removed even if the stock is 5 and without even triggering the remove i tried every possible solution that my little experience can provide but end up the same way. please help.

yes, i set the same numbers equal to the numbers on the command.
