Adding ambient/instrumental music (your opinion)

Would you download and play a custom game with a file size of (max) 20Mb?

  • Yes, custom games of this size do not stop me

Good day ladies and gents,

I am currently, nearly done creating my first (big) custom game. It has tower defense and hero siege elements. At this moment I am trying to get more feeling into it by triggering music during boss events for example (using internal Warcraft 3 music at this moment).

I would like to add atmospheric background music (no vocals) to my custom game. The map is 8Mb in file size without any added external music files. I could compress and add background music leading up to a map file size of about 20Mb.

Question: Would you download and play a custom game with a file size of (max) 20Mb?

I really think it would add allot to this custom game.
We are, after all, living in the year 2018 where 20Mb is not allot to download.
