[Add Animation] Goblin Shredder.

Can some one create a animation for the Goblin Shredder called Spell, Fire. What the animation does - The Goblin Shredder raises the non-saw arm the shoots and he kinda gets pushed a bit backwards like the Steam Tank does, and then show smoke coming from the hole thing.
