Need heroglow removal+added decay-anims on model

Hello, Im still working on my Goblin campaign, but I am in a dire need of a somewhat desent and not awkward looking goblin mechanic.

the only pity is that the best model I can find is a hero and the other thing is that I have a mac and is somewhat lazy.

Anyway, the I need this model "link below" called "Goblin Profiteer" by "Phoenix-IV" to havr removed hero glow and added decay animations plus removed dissappear animation
